Level 1 Umpires’ Courses 2012

These courses cover the basics of umpiring and the Laws of Cricket needed to stand in club and league matches with the potential, for those who wish to do so, to move through the league structures to higher levels of the game. For all aspiring Officials, whatever level they wish to attain, the ECB pathway will provide a structured route up the official’s ladder with support from cricket’s National and International body. We are hoping to see strong support from clubs in nominating candidates for this training. It is planned to run Level 1 courses at the following venues:

The cost of each course is expected to be £60 to include £40 for membership of ECB ACO nationally incorporating insurance cover, CRB checks, newsletters, access to ECB ACO merchandise for both on field and leisure wear, plus all training materials and local admin costs.
