As of the League AGM on 11 January 2017:
Complaints: All complaints are submitted by respective club captain to the League Secretary, Sue Gallagher in a formal letter, which is copied to the Secretary/League Club Representative of the other Member Club involved.
Discipline: Clubs are reminded that the procedure for discipline issues are set out on the League Website. Discipline complaints should be sent to League Secretary. For rules click here
Finance: All payments for Annual Subscriptions and for Match Balls are sent to T. Selvakumar (Kumar).
Website: This website is developed and managed by Anil and NSC MEDIA C/O Muks Rabadia. Any suggestions for improvements should be sent to Sue Gallagher.
Grading: All requests for a review of a Member Club's grading are addressed to MCL Committee via Sue Gallagher.
Umpire's Panel: All enquiries relating to the Panel Umpires should be addressed to Ray Angra (07957 062 583) and please confirm issue in writing via Ray's email (in handbook).
Change of Home Ground: All requests for a change of Home Ground are addressed in writing (email)from the Club league representative to the League Secretary.
Resident Player Registration: The application to register a Non-Overseas Player (Resident Player) is sent in the post to the Registration Secretary, Dhiru Savani. Blank application forms may be downloaded from the Registration page of the Championship website.
Non-Resident Player Registration: The application to register an Overseas Player (Non Resident Player) is sent in the post to the Registration Secretary, Dhiru Savani.

General Facilities at the Home Club: A separate matter relates to the provision of general facilities by the Home Club at the Member
Club’s Home Ground. Although not mentioned specifically in the Handbook, the Home Club will provide proper changing facilities, boundary
markers, scoreboard, and clearly-visible match timepiece as well as an interval tea sufficient for both teams.
